What the job involves
- Your responsibilities include preparing and assessing merchants in the first part of the journey in our Production Line
- Supporting our Credit Decision Team in pricing our financing offers to merchants
- Reviewing company information and financial inputs and make sure it meets investor audit requirements
- Diligently qualifying and preparing the leads for our sales team
- Perform rigorous quality assurance by reconciling information between documents and internal systems. Solve any discrepancies by working with the sales and credit decisions team
- Contribute to developing best-in-class structure and scalable processes
- Foster a positive team culture. We love our people and celebrate our wins together

YouLend has benefited from the boom in the financial services industry, but this also means the company has had to compete with a number of other embedded finance startups, such as Weavr. Despite this, YouLend's focus on online merchants has allowed it to remain competitive in its offering. What's more, the company's revenue-based repayments system differentiates its solution from more established loan options.
YouLend's flexibility and the speed with which merchants can obtain funding has allowed it to gain a foothold in the growing embedded finance market. However, it will need to focus on growing its customer base even further if it wants to scale in this competitive space.
