Who you are

5+ years of security-focused infrastructure experience (min, at Sr level)
3+ years of production SRE or devops experience (preferred)
Expertise with Kubernetes environments
Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure, especially security aspects
Deep understanding of general Internet security fundamentals and best practices
Competent software engineering skills — beyond scripting level (preferred)
Experience with IaC tools, and possessing an IaC mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Startup or growth stage experience

Drive security initiatives throughout the company
AWS security-related design, configuration, maintenance
Certificate, key, secrets design and management
Network access architecture: VPN vs ZTA vs micro-segmentation
SCA (Software Composition Analysis) and VM (Vulnerability Management)
HIDS, NIDS, EDR initiatives
