Who you are

5+ years of product experience in SaaS, have shipped functionality consistently and a demonstrable understanding of what good product looks like
You’re a clear and logical communicator, and are able to align stakeholders from Leandership, to Sales, to CS and Engineering
You love building successful products and going the extra mile to get it right
Confident and curious about our users, always thinking about how we can create and capture more value for and with them
You are ruthless in your prioritization and brining clarity to the delivery team
You can straddle commercial and technical objectives, and make a clear business case for any roadmap focus

What the job involves

Drive continuous prioritization of the roadmap based on the KEY ESG product vision, commercial value and technical considerations
Manage a product BA and a UX designer, to ensure smooth operations
Own the product planning process, you set the cadence and over communicate decisions made and priorities set
Hands on product ideation and sketching of MVPs and contribute as an IC to the team
