Role
Who you are
- You make things happen and thrive on enhancing company and customer outcomes (like we do!)
- You have experience in producing audio and video content, ideally with basic editing skills
- You have a strong track record of SEO and you're familiar with SEO tools such as SEMrush
- You’re a self-starter who’s creative, innovative and looking to manage the content function of a successful and ambitious company
- You bring a blend of creative and technical knowledge to the table and are comfortable wearing both hats
- You have demonstrable content marketing experience in a fast-growth company (at least 3 years), where you’ve built effective content strategies with tangible results
- You think outside the box with your approach to brand awareness and utilise a variety of platforms to maximise reach, enhance CRO and produce/edit content
- You have used a variety of tools and strategies to enhance content engagement, preferably reaching audiences both within the UK and across Europe and the US (e.g. Moz, Descript, Mailchimp, HubSpot, social media platforms)
What the job involves
- Dave’s blog attracts millions of views and our newsletter reaches tens of thousands of founders… however, you’d be the first person in our content team
- Your goal is to help us get serious about using our existing and new content streams to maximise value for our customers and our company, including:
- Improving the SEO of our existing blog of 150+ evergreen articles and find ways to deepen our readers’ experience
- Producing our podcast from booking guests to publishing, working closely with partners and content editors
- Establishing our social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Launching our YouTube channel with professionally-produced video content
- Forming content exciting partnerships that expand our reach
- Maintaining high engagement through newsletters, email projects, and whatever else you think would achieve results!
- This is a remote position. You can be based anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel to London will be required (no more than twice per month)

- A competency-based interview with Dave (1 hour)
- A final interview with the team to ensure we're a great fit for you (1 hour)
