Generation: You Employed has programmes such as data analytics and data engineering available across the UK, providing short courses and networking opportunities for those who want to reskill or explore another profession. On its website, employers can find the perfect candidates for their jobs alongside onboarding assistance through a pipeline of appropriate hires.
The nature of employment is changing for younger generations, and Generation: You Employed has done well to get ahead of the reskilling curve. Its non-profit services will no doubt become ever more vital, not just in the UK, but also further afield.
