Senior Digital Designer, TruckSmarter

• Portfolio showcasing a multidisciplinary approach to brand design, visual solutions, storytelling, and digital advertising
• Experience in both brand and performance-focused creative, with a proven track record of developing assets for each channel
• Hands-on experience in the creative process from concept to execution
• Willingness to work in a startup environment and drive change
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• At least 5 years of digital creative experience, with at least 2 years in senior creative roles

• The TruckSmarter Design Studio is looking for a Senior Level Designer with experience designing digital activations across multiple channels.
• You'll work on a variety of project types, collaborating with our partners on our marketing team as well as across the broader organization

• Create high-quality work that delivers on our brand and business strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Marketing and Business Ops) and external partners to establish a differentiated and high quality digital brand presence
• Work with the design team to update and maintain creative design system
• Harness tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, where needed to augment assets
