Product Manager, Save My Exams

• 4+ years Product Management experience with proven results working in product-led companies
• Experience in using qualitative and quantitative insights to make decisions
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information to take calculated risks and maintain squad velocity
• Able to prioritise effectively when faced with a large number of competing opportunities
• Strong understanding of modern product best practices (latest agile frameworks, product-led growth, etc.)
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional product squads to achieve outcomes
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels - capable of managing expectations and competing demands
• A commercial mindset that combines achieving critical business outcomes with creating an exceptional user experience that is technically feasible
