Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in SQL and experience with other analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in data visualization and storytelling
- Ability to work independently as a do-er, with a hands-on approach to data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- In this role, you will be instrumental in extracting and interpreting data from our platform, revealing actionable insights for marketing strategies, enhancing team-wide understanding of our data
- Data Analysis: Analyze extensive datasets to uncover insights, identifying trends and patterns crucial for shaping marketing strategies and business decisions
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill their data needs, translating complex information into actionable insights
- System Development: Develop and refine data systems and processes, focusing on efficiency and data quality to support analytics goals
- Data Visualization: Craft clear, interactive visualizations from diverse data sources, making complex information accessible and engaging for various audiences
- Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, ensuring reliable and meaningful analysis

Our take
Modern marketing strategies rely on the collection of customer data such as their satisfaction with a product, how they discovered it, and where they purchased it. Whilst this can be achieved through cookies and other data collection methods, such solutions present significant privacy challenges, making proprietary user-provided data a far more viable option.
Fairing, previously Enquire Labs, provides a direct-from-consumer data platform for eCommerce marketing, allowing businesses to ask their customer's post-purchase questions to fuel their marketing strategies. Customers are prompted to answer questions within surveys upon completion of their purchase through a web-integrated tool, the answers to which are immediately returned for analysis.
Whilst cookies still dominate the digital marketing sector, Fairing has presented the foresight to recognize that the associated privacy challenges require innovative solutions. Through its real-time customer-generated data approach, the company claims that it can provide all the information eCommerce brands need for their marketing strategies without risking the breach of data compliance regulations.
