Who you are
- Full stack development experience with a language-agnostic mindset; proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, or SQL is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with Kubernetes and AI-powered development tools like Cursor
- Strong understanding of databases, system architecture, and the application of system design and OOP principles
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with attention to quality; unit testing experience is a bonus

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join the Access and Visitor Management team
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute innovative ideas and tools to support one of our major initiatives, which is supporting products across our platform
- You will collaborate with a highly professional team to ensure the timely delivery of products and maintain elevated development practices and standards
- To excel in this role, you should possess experience working with complex applications, distributed systems, or microservices, demonstrating an understanding of the associated challenges and opportunities

- Enhancing our processes, tools, and technology: be actively involved in participating and enhancing development processes, tools, and technologies

Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will contribute to the success of the projects.
