Vice President of Product, Headspace Health

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading high-performing teams
• Proven success building and scaling engaging consumer products — especially those driven by personalization, behavioral data, or user journeys
• Deep understanding of user engagement loops, retention strategies, and habit formation — ideally within health, wellness, or mission-driven categories
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML teams to bring smart, adaptive product experiences to life
• A passionate belief in the power of technology to make mental healthcare more accessible and effective
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to inspire teams and influence at the executive level

• Build and scale conversational AI experiences within the Headspace app that change the way mental health care is delivered — making support feel more timely, human, and effective
• Own key engagement, retention, and outcomes metrics — with a relentless focus on creating value for our members
• Partner with engineering, design, content, clinical, and marketing to bring innovative, empathetic, and high-quality experiences to life
• Be a voice for the member across the company, helping align cross-functional teams around an ambitious and inspiring product vision
