• Experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of the marketing process through direct experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other relevant tools (e.g., Miro, Asana, Figma)

Desirable

• Collaborate with Marketing and Art teams to develop strategically aligned designs and visual identity solutions for the brand and sub-brands
• Create compelling graphics and motion assets for digital storefronts, in-game elements, social channels, partner applications, events, merch, and video content
• Expand and enhance the current Style Guide to include motion graphics and dynamic visual assets, ensuring consistency and innovation
• Develop social media-ready animated graphics packages that elevate the brand's presence and engagement
• Present design solutions to teammates and stakeholders, providing clear rationale for design decisions
• Engage in open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Proactively collaborate with marketing colleagues and other teams to deliver creative solutions quickly, accurately, and on schedule
• Balance quick-turn weekly design tasks with more extensive, long-term projects
• Support the evolution and growth of the brand's overall visual identity through innovative design work
