Regional Sales Director, PagerDuty

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams that can effectively manage larger account portfolios while driving consistent growth across both existing and new business
• 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in software/SaaS sales, with demonstrated success in managing larger territories
• 3+ years of leading sales teams handling extensive account portfolios
• Proven ability to coach AEs on efficient territory management and portfolio prioritization

• As Regional Director, you will be responsible for building and enabling a high-performing team of Majors AEs who must excel at portfolio management and new business development
