• Lead cross-functional team discussions to set clear goals, roles and establish timelines for initiatives or PS Partners experience changes
• Tag into assigned projects at any stage to provide support, drive alignment and see initiative through to successful completion, ensuring deliverables meet objectives and timelines
• Craft compelling narratives to influence Sr. Level stakeholders and gain buy-in for partner experience improvements
• Elevate and advocate for a holistic PS Partners experience in all actions - presentation creation, participation in internal events and forums
• Champion for partner-first and partner-centric approaches for PS Partners and its programs
• Foster partnerships and collaborations with our cross-functional teams to have PS Partners and it’s programs represented consistently and widely in all long-term planning for all impacted or relevant teams
• Analyze data and trends to drive partner-centric initiatives
• Work with teams to evaluate feasibility and prioritize initiatives that yield measurable improvements
