Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation or delivery management, with a focus on technical expertise in Conga (Apttus) CLM
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Conga (Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including configuration, scripting, solution deployment, and integration with Salesforce
- Proven ability to review, validate, and support Conga (Apttus) CLM and Salesforce integration, including DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and managing software development and deployment cycles for legal technology solutions
- Salesforce platform expertise with the ability to navigate complex integrations between Conga (Apttus) CLM and Salesforce
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders and provide clear guidance to development teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
- Conga (Apttus) certifications and Salesforce certifications (e.g., Level 201) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with legal tech solutions such as eBilling, Matter Management, and Compliance is preferred
What the job involves
- We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Lead to execute on the strategy of our core legal technology products (Congal CLM, Docusign, Exterro, TAP, Conga Contract Intelligence)
- Responsibilities include leading development and support projects across legal domains such as compliance, litigation, and contract management
- Effective stakeholder communication and close partnership with Business Technology Engineering, Product Management, Go To Market, People and Finance teams to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes is essential
- Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the technology roadmap within the Legal Operations & Technology team, aligning with broader organizational objectives
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and continuous enhancement of legal operations processes and third-party technology solutions
- Lead high-priority strategic projects aimed at improving processes across the Legal department
- Serve as a liaison between legal stakeholders, Product & Engineering teams, and other relevant cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving both short-term and long-term product objectives
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that best leverage the current legal tech stack and offer other technical solutions for consideration where necessary
- Serve as the technical leader and work with business users to map out the technical roadmap for automating complex business processes to achieve operational efficiencies
- Advise the business and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality as a trusted technology partner
- Lead the technical evaluation process for the Legal Technology Apps, build proof-of-concept (POC), and own the implementation and maintenance of the system
- Accountable for timely delivery of projects as per established project plans by working closely with the business teams
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management
- Design and manage the execution of test plans in TestRail or similar tool to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Understand design trade-offs between declarative, code, and third-party tools
- Assist with data management and governance and also support reporting requirements and leverage Salesforce for data-driven decisions
- Work within the framework of the Scrum standards to deliver business needs
- Build configurations using recommended best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions to integrate Salesforce with downstream systems and e-Billing systems with financial systems like Coupa and NetSuite
- Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understand both business and technical language. Develop and maintain the strategic stakeholder roadmaps – short term to 12+ months
- Drive adoption of technology and process changes
