Customer Success Manager, Foundernest

• You have 5+ years of relevant, customer facing experience in roles such as Customer Success Specialist/Manager, Customer Success Director/Executive, Account Manager, Consultant, or similar role
• You have 2+ years experience in a startup environment
• You have operated in a CRM such as Salesforce
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in English
• You have grit, you don't mind rolling up your sleeves
• You are at a point in your career where you are not afraid of helping scale the Customer Success function at a rapidly-growing company such as FounderNest
• You view setbacks as learning opportunities in our path to accomplishing our company's goals
• You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry

Desirable

• Manage a book of business that you will inherit as well as onboarding new customers, providing expert guidance on the use of our platform, and driving customers to achieve the highest levels of success through the use of our product
• Assist the Head of Customer Success (HCS) in building out the CS infrastructure at FounderNest, including data analysis, forecasting, CRM buildout and optimization, and constantly adapting the Customer Journey and lifecycle to account for new product launches, evolving customer and market needs, and best practices of Customer Success
• Be responsible for the retention, renewal, growth, and expansion of the assigned book of business
• Act as Project Manager for various initiatives that develop from the Leadership Team, cross-functional team activity, to ensure that Customer Success is a major contributing factor to the growth and success of FounderNest
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams on growth focused initiatives, and liaise with members of the Data, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to support the growth and momentum of FounderNest
