• 8+ years proven experience preparing complex commercial and operational business analysis
• 3+ years of people management experience

• Stand up and build out a newly formed Business Operations function that will support the B2B and D2C businesses and Operations and Care Services functions
• Be the direct support that provides strategic direction and leadership supporting the B2B commercial team and partnering with the B2B President directly
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement
• Develop and implement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives
• Serve as a key liaison between the business operations team and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth and success
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Provide support and guidance to direct reports responsible for D2C and Operations and Care Services functions
