Hardware Lead, Code Metal

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree preferred
• At least 3+ years of experience in a hardware lead role, with a significant focus on FPGA+processor systems
• Hands-on experience with optimizing algorithms to execute on FPGA+processor systems like the AMD Versal or Zynq Ultrascale+
• Proficient in using major hardware design tools and software
• Strong understanding of hardware design and optimization techniques
• Skilled in scripting and automation using relevant languages
• Familiarity with hardware constraints and deployment challenges
