Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7-10+ years in account management, partnerships, or client success, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value client relationships. Search advertising experience is a plus
- Strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges creatively and efficiently
- Self-motivated, proactive team player who takes initiative and is comfortable diving deep to identify and implement innovative solutions
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder needs and drive successful project execution
What the job involves
- As the Director of Advertiser Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of managing and expanding our most critical and high-value client partnerships. Your leadership will drive growth, operational excellence, and deepen relationships across multiple initiatives and operating groups
- Acting as the quarterback for these partnerships, you'll ensure consistent service delivery, foster high-level stakeholder engagement (from VP to CEO), and align internal teams to deliver on key priorities such as shopping ads, data integration, and international expansion
- Own and grow high-value, multi-million-dollar partnerships, maximizing revenue and driving continuous expansion
- Lead all aspects of the partnerships—developing strategy, solving complex challenges, and ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and implement game-changing initiatives, including international growth, new ad products, and deep data integrations
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into high-impact strategies that drive measurable success
- Advocate for the client’s needs internally, ensuring alignment across product, technology, and operations teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions
- Represent the organization in high-level discussions, ensuring the client views us as a trusted and strategic partner
- Act as a mentor and leader within the broader Enterprise Management team, sharing best practices and driving a culture of excellence

AdMarketplace serves paid-search ads on publisher properties in response to a user’s search on the site. With this technology, advertisers can see the top-level view of all their campaigns and make the best decisions for their business through improved transparency.
In 2022, the company saw a substantial rise in engagement and continues to focus on platform development and product scalability, leveraging its Smart Product Results product to improve online customer journeys to purchases. It is also expanding its presence for advertiser sales, marketing and measurement services in the US and Europe.
