Who you are

5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management role
Experience supporting enterprise software, cybersecurity, or secure mobility solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise IT, networking, identity, and security architectures
Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, or Zero Trust frameworks is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events (as needed)
Secret clearance preferred

What the job involves

We’re looking for a hands-on technical professional to support pre- and post-sales engagements
This individual will act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle and transition into a technical account manager post-sale after the Hypori Delivery team has onboarded the customer, ensuring successful transitions, adoption, and long-term customer value and retention
Partner with Account Executives and other GTM resources to deliver technical product presentations and demos, ensuring a successful Technical Evaluation process
Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, architecture, and constraints
Develop solution designs, security recommendations, and integration plans
Manage technical evaluations, including Proof of Concept (POC) planning and execution
Address RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical objections
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer feedback
Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale for assigned customers
Guide customers through the process of fully utilizing the Hypori solution post-deployment handover
Conduct technical QBRs and support the Customer Support team with ongoing engagement
Track and report on customer adoption, technical issues, and support escalations
Collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver improvements
Advocate for customer needs internally while ensuring alignment with Hypori’s platform and roadmap
