Who you are
- This is a role for a seasoned leader who wants to build, shape, and grow
- We are looking for an experienced leader who has done this before: someone who knows how to build a region, build markets, and drive growth in a fast-paced organisation
- You should be comfortable operating across markets with different levels of maturity, working cross-functionally, and creating structure in a fast-scaling environment. Experience working in hypergrowth is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership values, good judgement, and the presence to lead with credibility across a diverse set of markets and stakeholders
- An established network across partners, distributors, and the regional ecosystem
- The ability to create clarity, trust, and accountability, and help strong people perform at a high level without over-controlling how the work gets done
- A leadership style that stays close to the market, coaches with intent, makes deliberate choices, and works well across boundaries
- Native French speaker with excellent English. Any additional european languages are a bonus
What the job involves
- We are hiring an experienced regional leader to build and grow the Commercial business across the Southern Europe region (France, Spain and Italy)
- The team may expand over time, but the role is already broader than team size. It is about leading the segment in-region, building a strategy for the segment in the market, working across functions, growing through partners, and helping shape how Commercial scales across EMEA
- You will own the Commercial segment in your region. You will be responsible for how the market develops, how the team performs, how partners work with us, and how we scale the business in a way that fits the reality of the region
- Our team is based in the Amsterdam hub, where people come together, collaborate, learn from each other, and build community around the motion. At the same time, we work for and in our local markets, so extensive travel across the region is part of the role
- This leader needs to be visible in the market, work closely with partners and customers, represent the business through customer engagement, partner activity, executive meetings, and regional events, and help lead the development of the markets together with Enterprise sellers and Partner Managers
- In each market, the Commercial seller, Enterprise seller, Partner Manager, Sales Engineer, and this leader may report into different leaders, but they share collective responsibility for making the market work
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial sellers across multiple countries, with clear expectations around market execution, deal progression, and team contribution
- Own the full Commercial motion in your region across partners, distributors, enablement, deal strategy, and market execution
- Shape regional strategy and turn it into clear market plans, investment choices, and growth actions
- Drive growth across priority markets by aligning partner activity, local market plans, and cross-functional execution
- Help define how the region should scale over time, including hiring, market expansion, and where to place additional investment as the business grows
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across partner organisations, the distributor, the channel team, and the MSSP team in each territory, and shape business plans with partners
- Build a repeatable motion that helps partners, distributors, and the wider team create market reach, demand, and Commercial momentum
- Partner closely with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Engineers, Engineering, Product, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Channel, and distribution to help the region execute well
- Own team productivity and enablement, including fast ramp, readiness, ongoing development, and helping people become successful as quickly as possible
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by bringing clear market insight, practical recommendations, and feedback from the field
- Travel extensively across the region to build presence in the markets, strengthen local relationships, and support execution where it matters most
- Success in this role is about creating real impact in the region and helping Commercial grow in a way that is visible in the market, well supported by partners, and built to scale across EMEA
- You will be successful if you:
- Expand our reach and presence across the region through partners, distributors, MSSPs, and the wider ecosystem
- Help create new logo momentum and meaningful market impact across the Commercial segment
- Build markets that are well connected, well supported, and set up to grow over time
- Bring clarity to where we invest, which markets we prioritise, and how we help the region scale well
- Help the team ramp quickly, become productive, and continue to grow in-role
- Bring useful market insight back into the business so strategy, enablement, and investment decisions stay close to what is happening in the field
- This is a chance to shape how Commercial grows across EMEA. You will help build markets, grow people, work closely with partners, and influence how the business scales in-region
