- 5+ years of IT program/project management experience
- Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Experience across multiple IT domains (systems, infrastructure, security, tools)

What the job involves
- The Senior IT Program Manager is a hands-on, cross-functional individual contributor responsible for driving execution of key initiatives across the IT organization
- This role supports LegalZoom’s current IT Strategy focused on Strategic Integration—standardizing tools, consolidating platforms, enabling AI, and improving operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs
- Drive execution across Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, and IT Operations
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, plans, and measurable outcomes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in a matrixed environment
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Establish program governance and deliver clear executive reporting
- Platform consolidation and system integration
- Tool standardization (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence)
- ITSM and SaaS governance (Freshservice, automation, cost management)
- Cloud, security, and DevOps alignment (AWS, identity, CI/CD)
- AI enablement and automation across IT and business workflows
