What the job involves
- Fivetran is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in GTM hiring to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders to identify and hire top GTM talent while championing Fivetran’s values
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles primarily in North America
- Partner with GTM leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance
- Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes
- Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts
