• Fluency in English
• Intermediate level in French
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and needs

• We are seeking a reliable and organized HR Administrative & Office Apprentice to join our team in Paris
• The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR administrative tasks as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our offices
• Assist with the drafting of internal documents (attestations, commissions letters, employer certificates, etc.)
• Keep the HR files up-to-date (recruitment follow-up, office orders, organizational chart, etc.)
• Assist in the creation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates, etc
• Help prepare presentations for meetings
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
• Manage the day-to-day life of the different offices (deliveries reception, office equipment order)
• Assist in the organization of events such as welcome breakfasts or farewell parties
• Support the development and execution of HR-driven ESG initiatives, including diversity & inclusion programs, employee well-being, and sustainability-focused policies
• Assist with ESG data collection, reporting, and compliance monitoring while organizing awareness campaigns and engagement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG principles into the employee experience and contribute to sustainability and CSR reporting
• Type of contract: 12 to 24-months apprenticeship
