What the job involves

Set the Vision: Define and drive the strategy for platform-as-a-product, aligning roadmaps with company goals and future growth
Lead with Purpose: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, instilling strong product thinking and outcome orientation
Build for Scale: Guide the development of infrastructure, developer tools, and services that are simple, secure, and scalable
Collaborate Deeply: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful value
Drive Outcomes: Translate vision into focused roadmaps tied to business OKRs, and track performance across the product portfolio
Champion Innovation: Identify new investment areas and advocate for platform capabilities that unlock business potential
