Growth Marketing Manager, Immersive Gamebox

• 2-3 years of experience driving revenue growth through performance marketing, preferably at an agency or within a start-up environment.
• SEM expert but with the commercial acumen and aptitude to think across the full acquisition funnel and wider set of paid media tactics.

Desirable

• Lead our customer acquisition strategy - analysing business and channel performance, competitor/market activity and other external data-inputs to identify hypotheses and build/execute plans that improve iROAS, Organic traffic and CvR.
• Continually upskill on paid media and e-comm best-practice and apply relevant learnings to our business.
• Define what we do in-house vs with agencies and contractors to make the most effective use of our resources.
• Lead the day-to-day management of our paid media and SEO agencies and work closely with our web-developer to maximise the effectiveness of our paid media budget and resources, ensuring there are clear and compelling briefs, priorities and joined-up thinking.
• Drive forward technical, design, content and information-architecture changes on web that improve organic ranking, organic revenue and conversion rate
• Optimise our account structures, budgets and tactics across paid search, paid social, programmatic & affiliates, working with our agencies to implement changes and identifying opportunities to optimise content, which you can brief into brand & marketing leads.
• Performance review and reporting of our paid media and acquisition funnel, working closely with our Senior Director of Strategic Insights & Delivery to present insights and plans back to the business.
