• 6-8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub required)
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth

• This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving pipeline growth while building the automation, reporting, and optimization infrastructure that powers it
• You’ll be responsible for accelerating demand generation, optimizing the full funnel, and ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged as a revenue-driving platform across marketing and sales

• Own and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
• Develop and run experiments across email, paid media, organic, and website

• Partner with sales to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion
• Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert and system owner
• Build and optimize workflows, automation, scoring models, and lifecycle stages
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (Salesforce, paid media, etc.)
• Ensure clean data architecture and marketing-sales alignment within the CRM
