Senior Executive & Team Assistant, Prewave

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workplace Suites and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Valid work permit for Austria
• Fluent in English and French language, both spoken and written

• We are looking for a Executive & Team Assistant to join us in our growing office in Paris and support our amazing Sales team!
• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our sales executives, ensuring efficient use of their time
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
• Assist with organization of various events
• Facilitate team meetings and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
• Assist with the preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our executives
