Role
Who you are
- Minimum 3+ years PM experience
- M&E / MEP Experience is essential
- Data Center or Mission Critical experience essential (Pharma & Nuclear also considered)
- Degree qualified in construction related field OR M&E trade background
- Proven experience in managing relationships with key clients
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Extremely driven
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- The ability to manage a number of people remotely
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of projects under your control, ensuring they reach successful conclusion
- This includes but is not limited to, project deployment, weekly monitoring, regular site visits, customer engagement, budget control and successful completion of each project with satisfied clients
- You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction and technology, and a desire to work with some of the biggest development companies globally to help them finish projects on time and in budget
- Ensure XYZ’s product is being utilized to the fullest on each project and the client is receiving its full benefit
- Develop and implement strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (on-site, marketing, sales, customer success etc)
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Our take
One of the main problems in the construction industry is that the end result of a construction project may not correspond to the initial plan. This means the build errors result in a significant time delay associated with construction rework. XYZ Reality aims to change this by providing construction businesses with an AR system that ultimately reduces construction costs by 20%.
It differentiates itself through the innovation of its AR system which projects 3D models on construction sites, allowing workers to visualize the final result. Moreover, XYZ Reality is planning on becoming an all-in-one system, providing clients with everything they need to successfully create a building - from AR hardhat to the in-built proprietary operating system.
XYZ Reality has invested its funding into R&D, global expansion efforts, and in recruiting new talent in the technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing industries. Following its launch in the US, the company has seen accelerated growth and is well set to further innovate the construction industry.
