• The role blends strong SQL and data visualization skills with analytical thinking to surface actionable insights, optimize marketing efforts, and support company-wide performance tracking
• Mid-level (2–5 years of relevant experience)
• Ability to write, debug, and review complex queries independently
• Should be capable of identifying performance bottlenecks and suggesting optimizations
• Able to deep-dive into unfamiliar data: explore schemas, trace data lineage, and investigate discrepancies
• Proficient with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Comfortable turning data into insights and presenting to cross-functional teams
• Skilled at framing business questions into structured, impactful analysis
• Analyzing marketing data: campaigns, ROAS, segmentation, retention, promos, A/B tests
• Building and maintaining high-level KPI dashboards for management and leadership reporting
• Supporting finance or compliance use cases in a BI context
