- Industry design experience (isn’t necessary, although the ability to show significant live, completed work is desired)
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of deep conceptual brand thinking, considered graphic design systems as well as innovative, challenging and vibrant work
- Developed skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to show your creative processes and working style — how you approach layout, flow, and design to better improve communication of ideas
- Consultative and collaborative working style with mindset towards solving
- Additional creative skills are encouraged, but not essential. This could be 3D design, video editing, fashion design, animation, photography, audio production etc
What the job involves
- As a Graphic Designer at Numan, you’ll be part of our Brand Design team, reporting to the Brand Design Director
- You’ll work across a variety of touchpoints to bring our brand to life: through thoughtful visuals, bold design, and attention to detail
- You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and bring fresh, conceptual ideas to help shape a modern, high-growth health tech brand
- Creating visual content across a wide variety of applications (digital and print)
- Supporting the delivery and promotion of our dynamic health-tech brand
- Applying brand assets with consistency and accuracy
- Collaborating with the brand team and contributing to larger brand-building initiatives
- Sourcing, editing, and retouching imagery as needed
- Helping shape and maintain our visual identity in a way that connects with real people
- Learning from the experienced brand team around you
- Collaborating with wider teams across Numan in a constructive, professional, and enthusiastic way
- Bringing your ideas to life quickly and creatively in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Numan is a digital health startup that was initially focused on treatments for men, offering a range of solutions for erectile dysfunction (ED) and hair loss, both themes related to male self-esteem that are often avoided and ignored.
The company has since expanded into areas like premature ejaculation and weight loss, alongside a comprehensive suite of diagnostic blood tests, live doctor consultations, and various personalised supplements. More recently, it has expanded its weight loss category into women's health, paving the way for a broader range of female treatment categories. In practice, Numan’s platform enables free online medical consultations, clinically proven treatments, diagnostics and personalised treatment plans.
And with solid funding, Numan is now working on further investments in technology and expansion of its operations. It's also made a number of key senior hires recently which will be sure to help enhance the company's product offerings and broaden its services to ultimately reach more customers.
