Role
Who you are
- Marketing experience, ideally within live entertainment or the wider media industry
- Social Media management experience, TikTok specifically would be advantageous
- Ideally a professional marketing qualification
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard
- Basic knowledge of WordPress preferred
- Awareness of consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics
- CRM and knowledge of Salesforce would be preferential
- Knowledge of and passion for grassroots music industry

What the job involves
- As part of the Marketing team you will be working on tours, events and productions across the Irish live entertainment industry
- The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing marketing support to the Marketing team, assisting with announcements, onsales and day to day marketing tasks
- The team look after some of the biggest clients across Music, Sport, Arts, Theatre and Family
- Work with the Marketing team to implement marketing campaigns for all events
- CRM:
- Manage and deliver content for emails
- Build audiences for email marketing campaigns
- Social - Execute social media schedule
- Maintain and update Ticketmaster’s marketing activity database
- Design:
- Work on updating artists’ pages
- Manage how ancillary revenue opportunities displayed on artist pages
- Handling artist and events assets and how they are displayed across the site and marketing channels
- Analytics:
- Assist with compiling of insights and pulling reports from Google Analytics
- Manage customer and client data requests
- Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role

Live Nation is the world's leading live entertainment company, sitting at the top of the market in live events and ticketing. Formed in 2005, it is a major international company, with key business segments made up of concerts, ticketing, and sponsorship and advertising.
Despite its dominant position in the market, the company saw an 84% drop in revenue during 2020 and the closure of live events. Since then, however, demand has been stronger than ever for their ticket sales. This is a reflection that live events remain a clear priority for consumers and has been further reflected in Live Nation's acquisitions of companies - like Goodlive - that complement and bolster Live Nation's portfolio.
