Python Architect, ManyChat

• 7+ years of professional Python experience in large-scale, production-grade environments
• Proven expertise in designing and operating microservices or distributed architectures
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and Python performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing (pytest, unittest), and observability tools
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
• Excellent communication skills and proven experience mentoring engineering teams
