Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing within a B2B SaaS company
- Expert level project management of product release/launches in B2B/SaaS
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Comfortable leading complex projects that require buy-in and participation from multiple stakeholders on multiple teams
- Proficiency in writing compelling B2B or SaaS product copy for online and sales enablement materials
- Previous track record of taking complex topics or ideas, and translating them into simplified presentations
- Has experience channeling the voice of the customer to convey value
What the job involves
- Telling the story and showing the power of BigTime to the world; including positioning and messaging, product launches, product education content, sales enablement & competitive intel
- Build resources for go-to-market planning; audience research, distribution strategy, competitive landscape, messaging, launch plans, social growth, etc
- Assemble customer feedback & insights to help enhance our product and tailor marketing strategies, resulting in one-sheets and competitive battlecards
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to keep BigTime ahead of the competition and identify areas for improvement
- Support product release & launch workstreams with expert project management skills
- Develop consistent mechanisms to collect market insights from both internal and external sources and begin to leverage these to develop the customer voice
- Aide our Product organization with release best practices, including change log management
- Own BigTime’s buyer personas, supported by internal and external research
- Coordinate with freelance talent when necessary

In 2022, BigTime Software acquired Projector, a leader in the PSA space, combining Projector's functionality with BigTime's scale of operation. It has also now acquired WorkRails, which strengthens its CPQ and workflow automation capabilities. Both these moves, alongside an expansion of its executive team, exemplify a renewed phase of growth and a determination to remain a strong force in the market.
