Who you are

Graduate or 1 year experience
You are detail-obsessed and delivering high-quality work is very important to you

Experience running a small business (e.g. having a side hustle around your studies)

Experience with CRM systems / Notion

What the job involves

2-months to help develop a world-class onboarding process for our customers, perfect for someone looking to move into a founders associate / operations / sales role in AI
Build AI schedule accounts for our customers, by setting up their accounts with the rules that make their businesses unique
Analyse previous days our customers have planned and replicate these in our platform to use as a baseline for our comparison exercise
Run our algorithm and tweak the rules to make sure that it meets our customer requirements
Own the configuration rule list for our customers (Dayjob rules engine), build a dataset that can be used by future team members
Attend customer pitches (with the CEO) during site visits or on video calls
