Who you are
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, growth management, or strategic partnerships,
- Experience within Financial services is beneficial but not required
What the job involves
- As the Senior Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth of the UK business
- You will also be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy, facilitating the successful integration of our recent acquisition (Aro) and developing and owning strategic partnerships outside of traditional lending, such as collaborations with credit bureaus and other key players in the financial ecosystem
- We’re seeking a driven, analytical individual with a strong delivery mindset to help us achieve our ambitious goals
- Manage a range of strategic partnerships, such as with credit bureaus, creating and delivering a roadmap of growth
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with ClearScore’s growth objective
- Collaborate with the UK GM and other senior leaders to shape and refine ClearScore’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Take a lead role in the development and execution of our partner strategy
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities that inform our strategic direction
- Play a key role in the delivery of commercial growth opportunities - this will include strategic projects with our lenders and our recent acquisition of Aro
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, facilitate communication, and ensure we deliver as planned
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and strategic initiatives
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize partnership performance
- Foster strong relationships across teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives

The number of loan options for consumers has exploded in recent years, making credit assessment super important for companies offering these loans and giving ClearScore a big market to grow into.
Traditionally, lenders had a more 'computer says no' approach when it came to making loan decisions. With the wealth of data now available on people, credit assessment can be made smarter. ClearScore's approach has been to add on innovative products outside of credit scoring, e.g. helping consumers understand how to improve their financial position and offering car and home insurance.
In 2025, the company secured impressive funding from HSBC to fuel its product line and customer service channel growth. It has also successfully acquired a number of smaller fintechs, such as Money Dashboard in 2022 and Aro Finance in January 2025, further aiding ClearScore in its growth mission and product expansion.
