Role
Who you are
- We’re seeking a proven delivery leader with a track record of driving successful software implementations in complex enterprise environments. You’ll be at the center of high-impact customer engagements, so a blend of technical fluency, business acumen, and relationship management is essential
- 3+ years of experience leading software implementations at an enterprise software vendor, with a strong understanding of release cycles, implementation challenges, and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale software implementations within complex, matrixed organizations — ideally across multiple geographies or business units
- Diverse industry exposure, with a strong preference for those who have led delivery projects in Financial Services and/or Life Sciences
- A proven history of delivering projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction — this is a client-facing role, and success is measured by outcomes, not just activity
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills — able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus on the details
- A high standard of personal accountability and professional integrity
- A growth mindset — curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement (both personally and for your clients)

- As an Enterprise Delivery Manager, you won’t just manage projects — you’ll lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions that tackle mission-critical problems for some of the world’s most influential organizations
- You’ll take end-to-end ownership of large-scale implementation projects across Financial Services, Life Sciences, and US Federal sectors
- These are high-stakes engagements where precision, speed, and innovation matter
- Accelerating drug discovery by building AI-driven Statistical Computing Environments for leading pharmaceutical companies — cutting clinical trial cycles and enabling faster regulatory submissions
- Modernizing insurance operations, reducing underwriting time from days to minutes, and implementing modular global pricing models
- Advancing national security, deploying predictive analytics for underwater threat detection and crime mapping using geo-spatial data
- Improving global food production, delivering intelligent solutions to help farmers grow crops more efficiently using data science and AI
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, product leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure every solution is built to the highest standards — on time, on budget, and with measurable business outcomes. Along the way, you’ll track KPIs, gather client feedback, and continuously improve delivery processes to raise the bar on customer success

- Service Delivery Managers (SDM) serve as the strategic point of contact for enterprise clients, managing full lifecycle delivery of large-scale AI and MLOps implementations. From onboarding to post-launch success, you’ll ensure excellence in execution, outcomes, and customer experience
- You’ll work with some of the best minds in AI—engineers, data scientists, and product leaders—to solve industry-defining problems. Think accelerating drug discovery, reducing underwriting from days to minutes, or mapping criminal patterns with predictive analytics
