Payment Solutions Architect, Viva Wallet

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business IT field or through work experience developing payments solution architecture
• An understanding of API architecture
• The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English with the ability to deliver crucial presentations and product demonstrations
• Confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Project Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
• A passion for learning and actively seeks out knowledge with problem solving remaining their focus

• Collaborate with Marketplace, ISV and Strategic Enterprise merchants to create and execute technical solutions leveraging the complete capabilities of viva.com’s innovative range of card present and online payment technology
• This will involve collaborating closely with our sales team to comprehend client demands and formulate solutions that align with those needs
• This team also has an impact on our product range and engages in extensive cooperation with essential stakeholders to stimulate revenue expansion
• Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
• Responsible for the design and validation of technical solutions for our clients in both in-store and online environments
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients a plan towards their technical success
• Build detailed solutions designs including but not limited to visual representations of the flows, integration protocols, hardware selection, reporting requirements, reconciliation automation etc
• Oversee the assigned Technical Account Manager’s during the implementation process and provide technical guidance and support
• Define the testing scenarios for the solution validation according to the solution designed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions are validated and delivered on time and meet client expectations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Build case studies as a result of bespoke solutions and be able to present them internally while making sure that they are replicable for future projects
• Consult Products teams on the design of new products according to the markets’ requirements
