What the job involves
- Joining our high performing Engineering function, you will lead collaboration between Product and Engineering, aligning business priorities, strategic projects and executing plans that directly support company goals
- Working across multiple teams, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the Engineering function, with stakeholders seeking your insights on how to mitigate roadblocks, foster cross-team coordination and ultimately achieve strategic objectives
- Autonomy and independence is in abundance at Liberis, with you having the ability to define the scope of your role, leading the team in new, complex initiatives and projects
- Based out of our London office, you will be co-located with our Engineering Teams, with them looking to you to hold the role of culture champion, building on and enhancing our existing Engineering culture
- As our Head of Operations, you will oversee the execution of complex initiatives within Product & Tech, aligning efforts with business objectives and team needs
- Holding a pivotal role as the central point of contact for all delivery activities, you will facilitate the coordination of internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Additionally, you will coach and manage a team of Delivery Managers, fostering their growth while ensuring clear communication and alignment across the Product & Tech project portfolio
- Whilst you may not have direct ownership of a specific project, a key part of your role will be ensuring that Product & Tech leadership can easily assess the health of the portfolio - monitoring velocity, impact, and overall performance - to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement

This can be accredited to the platform's use of machine learning to understand a customer's risk profile, and hence the maximum funding options available to them.
Liberis operates an impressive global partner network that consists of eCommerce platforms such as Klarna. It has raised significant funding that will enable it to grow its European presence with new and established partners, bringing flexible funding options to SMEs in new territories such as the Nordic region.
