What the job involves
- We are looking for an organized and proactive Sr. People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to join the People & Culture team at UnitedMasters!
- Proactively schedule all interviews for hiring teams while ensuring we keep consistent momentum for the candidate
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire interview process, including during on-site interviews\Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewers to address any on-site and virtual needs with speed
- Own the new requisition set-up and job posting process to ensure system and formatting consistency
- Help scale and iterate on recruiting operations and processes to keep up with our hiring goals
- Build and document new recruiting coordination processes as needed
- Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees’ transition into UnitedMasters Inc
- Coordinate the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews and paperwork
- Participate in HR and Recruiting initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and the candidate and employee experience
- Assist HR team with tracking training attendance and other compliance related projects
- Respond to initial unemployment claims and employment verifications
- Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents

UnitedMasters is a music distribution service that acts as a direct pipeline for musicians and their commercial efforts. The service allows users to retain the rights to audio masters and audience data, in addition to providing a platform for the sale of merchandise and concert tickets. The startup’s aim is to give artists full control over the monetisation of their music based on a regular subscription cost.
UnitedMasters has raised a large amount of funding from investors such as Apple, a16z and Alphabet, and has partnered with companies such as Bose, TikTok, and Twitch. These partnerships along with continued innovation make it possible for artists to access large record deals through their music, a feature not offered by many other music distribution services.
