Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel partnership dynamics, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to create and execute partner business plans that drive incremental revenue and long-term growth
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing strategic or key accounts in high-growth B2B tech environments
- 5+ years of experience in the dental industry or digital dentistry, ideally in direct or channel sales
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and complex, global partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and building executive trust
- Proficiency in CRM and account management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
What the job involves
- The Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Partnerships, is responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies with SprintRay’s key global partners. This role serves as a central point of contact between SprintRay and partner organizations, fostering collaboration from the C-suite to frontline operations
- Implement and manage SprintRay’s global partner engagement model
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with strategic channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Create and execute annual business plans aligned with joint revenue and margin goals
- Deliver against key metrics: revenue, gross margin, share of wallet, and new product/service launches
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and track performance using Start/Stop/Continue frameworks
- Collaborate with KOLs and partner field teams to drive clinical and commercial influence
- Address partner escalations swiftly, documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Align internal teams (sales, marketing, support) with partner initiatives to ensure success across the entire ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and partner influence
