Who you are

5+ years of strong experience working on the backend of a technology product
Strong knowledge of different programming languages including Python and Typescript and open to learning new things quickly
Knowledge about the development and deployment of a cloud-based architecture across multiple geographies
Be familiar with test-driven development and continuous delivery environments
A commitment to well-designed and efficient code, thinking always about security and scalability
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems in a digestible way
Experience and an interest in leading, mentoring and coaching your colleagues
Available to come to our office in Canary Wharf, London, 3 days a week

What the job involves

Join our growing team, working directly with our CTO and founders to build out our award-winning Intelligent Partnership Platform (IPP)
Design APIs and implement APIs
Embrace good practices and documentation. We use Swagger/OpenAPI and mkdocs to document our infrastructure and functionalities
Develop and deliver features to meet new requirements and functionalities
Manage our current infrastructure database maintaining a high level of security
Take responsibility for code across our stack
