Who you are
- As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection
- 5-10 years in marketing, within B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS
- Experience with partner marketing, channel programs, or field marketing
- Strong project management and campaign execution skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and partner portals
What the job involves
- The Partner Marketing Program Manager (IC) supports the execution of Horizon3.ai’s partner marketing strategy
- This role will manage campaigns, partner communications, and enablement initiatives that drive pipeline, awareness, and loyalty across the partner ecosystem
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, from planning through measurement
- Support partner onboarding, communications, and enablement content updates
- Manage partner email communications, newsletters, and updates through the partner portal
- Develop and localize marketing assets for partner use (datasheets, playbooks, videos, case studies)
- Coordinate partner participation in industry events, webinars, and campaigns
- Support demand generation efforts targeting joint customer segments
- Manage partner-related social and content amplification efforts
- Track partner marketing performance metrics (MDF utilization, campaign ROI, engagement)
- Maintain campaign calendars and partner asset libraries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner campaigns are aligned with corporate messaging and brand
- Work closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement to deliver programs that increase partner engagement
- Support internal partner advocacy through success stories and win communications
