Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a German speaking Teacher Trainer. As a Teacher Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing the skills of our candidate trainers, ensuring the success of our exceptional language learning programs
- Ideally have at least two years, proven experience in teacher training, pedagogical guidance, and curriculum development
What the job involves
- Spearhead the induction and selection process, setting the tone for excellence right from the start
- Guide and mentor aspiring trainers to optimize their application journey, fostering a community of growth and development
- Take the lead in dynamic training sessions that inspire and empower our trainers to excel in their roles
- Skilfully observe and evaluate mock sessions conducted by candidate trainers, offering constructive feedback to elevate their performance
- Conduct meticulous lesson observations, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating strengths
- Provide comprehensive post-observation feedback to guide trainers on their teaching journey
- Facilitate enriching coaching sessions that enable continuous growth and enhancement
- Act as a responsive and knowledgeable point of contact for trainer queries via email and Salesforce
- Foster meaningful connections by engaging in online discussions to address questions, concerns, and escalations
- Provide expert guidance on pedagogical matters and material adaptation, promoting effective teaching practices
- Lead engaging Pedagogical/Administrative sessions that fuel professional advancement
- Champion peer coaching sessions and the vibrant trainer's café, fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Equip trainers with comprehensive product knowledge through specialized training sessions
- Offer invaluable support to new trainers, ensuring a seamless integration into the Learnship community
