Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of various architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and expertise in cloud architecture
- Solid background in software development and infrastructure design
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment strategies
What the job involves
- Design and implement complex system architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and interoperability
- Provide technical leadership and strategy throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines
- Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Mentor and train junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design and deployment
- Work closely with project management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Stay updated on technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend new systems and solutions
