Who you are
- At least a Master's Degree
- At least 6 month of experience in SaaS / Tech industry B2B
- Familiar with the partnership environment
- You speak fluently English, French and ideally another language (Indian, Spanish, German or Portuguese)
- You are located in Paris
- You have experience with CRM
- You want to have an impact on a daily basis
- You have already found yourself in a fast-paced environment (in a previous internship, during your studies, on a side-project: you name it!)
- You’re attracted to tech

- You have a good aptitude for interactions (with customers, specially with some previous experience)

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Customer Service Sr. Associate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us reach our ambitious target
- You will work neck and neck with the top managers and handle:
- Anything that brings value to the company and can help you develop reusable skills
- Manage various projects of discipline within the Global Customer Success and Service Department that will positively impact the team’s strategy for current and new partners
- Assist with tracking and measuring the effectiveness of assigned partnership platforms to demonstrate ROI
- Assist free users on their activation journey to maximize engagement
- Support free and paid users through our support portal
- Lead the technical setup of the Reveal premium features
- Assist with the Customer onboarding process by accompanying them throughout their journey with presentations, setups and meetings
- Provide unprecedented customer service and a superior level of productivity and responsiveness
- Be responsible for performing integrations and checking them, and assist the team and their customers with necessary setups and possible improvements
- Help connecting companies with other partners
- Assist with the creation of our user guide on Notion, finding and implementing “quick wins” to engage our users even more with Reveal, creation of KPI reports and dashboards
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- This job will report to the Lead Services
Application process
- The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (30 mins)
- Then meeting with the Manager of the department you are applying to join (1 hour)
- You will be invited to a team and culture fit interview with one member of the team you will be joining and another member from another team in the company (1 hour)
Our take
Reveal helps partnership, marketing, and sales teams within a business pool their CRM data, compare insights across different companies, and ultimately increase their win rates. Its product integrates across major tech stack components like Slack, Salesforce, and Hubspot, and helps expand a company’s network to identify and pursue new leads.
The hope is that sales teams will increasingly begin to adopt an open collaboration model, relying more heavily than ever on shared data and technology. It’s certainly the case that the boom in available data - crucial to an effective sales and growth strategy - weighs heavily on individual teams, and a shared approach to insights and analytics will certainly ease the load.
With Reveal, sales teams are able to adapt to this increasingly collaborative manner of working, that is likely to prove the most effective way forwards. With a founding team of successful startup launchers and project managers, the company has the voice and expertise to push this potentially groundbreaking and exciting concept into broader adoption.
With strong funding at its back, the company will support an increasing headcount across the business, as well as invest in further product development. Its recent acquisition of PartnerHacker, a media platform focused on the partnership ecosystem, marks a major milestone in bringing its new "Nearbound" concept to market - a Go-To-Market strategy that will "bring partner intel and influence to every step in the customer journey".
