- Experience with Legal Tracker, HighQ, DocuSign, Carta, and OneTrust a plus

- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
What the job involves
- This position will be a key contributor to our legal team, working directly and closely with others in the legal group while collaborating with other departments throughout the Company on a wide range of issues
- Manage and respond to incoming legal and contract requests
- Implement and develop legal department procedures
- Act as executive assistant to General Counsel, provide general support to our legal team, and perform other general administrative tasks
- Assist with the Company’s contract function, including managing the contract management system and process, and preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts as needed
- Manage our legal systems such as e-billing, legal portal, equity management, and privacy systems
- Assist the Company’s privacy team in responding to privacy requests
- Create presentations and communications for the legal team
- Perform other day-to-day tasks as needed
- Contribute to the success of the legal team and Kate Farms and support our company’s mission!
