Who you are

Experience with executive level calendar, email and meetings management
Experience with personal brand management for executives including the ability to develop and implement a social led strategy
You have the ability to work quickly, efficiently, to tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholder requests
You are highly skilled in managing both your own time and others, you understand the importance of managing an executive's time for the most high priority initiatives and conversations and are able to make time bound deadlines

What the job involves

Support the Founder / CEO on daily operations, delivering outputs under instruction from the Founder and in response to the needs of external stakeholders and the Executive team
Work in partnership with teams across product & tech, marketing, commercial, corporate and operations on the execution of their OKRs, commercial agreements with vendors and partners and other projects
Provide administrative and business support to the Founder / CEO including diary, travel management, expenses, email communications and meeting preparation
Creating meeting agendas, minute taking and managing the delivery of key actions
Managing information flow between the Founder/CEO and the rest of the business
Liaising with and providing support on communications with investors, stakeholders and key commercial partners
Coordinating and creating social media content across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter for the CEO
