Senior Data Scientist, ResortPass

• You have strong technical skills but also can communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management
• 5+ years experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst role at a high growth tech company
• A critical thinker with strong analytical skills; Must be proficient with SQL, Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience running A/B tests and with experimentation concepts
• Proven track record of working collaboratively and cross functionally
• Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience

• We are hiring our first Senior Data Scientist. This person is comfortable analyzing data, evaluating experiments, and generating insights
• Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace
• Take ownership of continuously improving our understanding of the product, growth trajectory, and marketplace functioning
• Drive experimentation at Resortpass; own the analysis of experiments and partner with product to best design them
• Build models which drive the pricing and incentives on our multi-sided marketplace
• Create dashboards or other reporting to understand product performance and drive business decisions
