Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is definitely a plus
- Gritty, start-up mentality that welcomes individual contributor work when the time calls for it
- Natural people leader with an ability to listen, mentor, guide, and teach a growing product team
- You can own a problem, and bring strong, strategic solutions to solve it
- Experience with both consumer mobile and web based products; marketplace platforms and UGC tools experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience interacting with key leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross functional company projects and key business objectives
- A track record for building high fidelity, creative consumer products and experiences that engage users and directly impacts the business
- Strong cross functional leadership experience with creatives; including product designers, ui/ux researchers, and creative teams
- Experience with AR/VR a plus
- Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analytics to support product recommendations, strategy, and decisions
- An effective communicator and writer

- Ensure we are delivering on the product roadmap and vision
- Drive leadership alignment across different organizations and deliver step function outcomes
- Leverage data and insights to make key product decisions and feature recommendations
- Identify trends and key insights to drive product iterations, user growth & retention, and the overall user experience
- Maintain and advance a creative environment, where no idea is wrong and the consumer always comes first
- Identify talent and actively participate in recruiting process
- Manage and scale a growing team of product managers and product designers to deliver a world class, one of a kind experience
