- Led large-scale technical programs in a high-growth or startup environment for 5+ years
- Worked closely with engineering teams and are comfortable discussing architecture, systems, and APIs
- Managed stakeholder communication and alignment across product, operations, and leadership
- Applied Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and used tools like Jira, Asana, and Confluence
- Delivered programs in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries (preferred but not required)
What the job involves
- The Engineering Product and Design team at Foodsmart is a mission-driven, cross-functional group focused on building scalable, impactful technology that powers our telenutrition and foodcare platform
- The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across engineering, product, design and operations, driving program execution that enhances platform performance, member experience, and population health outcomes
- Foodsmart is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented TPM with strong technical fluency and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery
- Drive cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Foodsmart’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and operational teams to define scope, set timelines, and track progress
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple workstreams
- Communicate program status, milestones, and issues clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Champion process improvement by refining and scaling program management practices across the tech organization

With over 1 million users enrolled, Foodsmart has proven popular. It also boasts demonstrated results such as positive weight loss for obese subscribers, and lowered systolic blood pressure for those with hypertension. It continues to be popular with investors too, with its latest fundraise supporting the expansion of operations and its business reach.
